Hi guys!
Today I won't be long, cause...YES I'm already in my exams period, and YES I'm freaking out (just a little :P)
Some people asked me how to stop one's urge to eat at night, and how to eat healthily. Well...I guess I'll share with you guys what I usually do then...
- If you wake up at night and have the urge to eat something, instead of eating carbs or sweet stuff, drink some hot milk with honey. It'll calm your hunger, and would allow you to have a good sleep.


- The important thing is : don't starve yourself! Whenever you want to eat something, take some fruits and drink water. And DON'T SKIP YOUR MAIN MEALS!


- Each morning, drink 2 glasses of water with 2, 3 drops of lemon 20min before your breakfast, it’ll open your appetite and help you slim down naturally

- As for the exercising, don’t do something that tires you too much. Each week, focus on one zone that you want to work out, and do it little by little.
